Using our templates

The signature form templates on OnlineSignatureForms.com — our fillable PDF and editable Word (DOCX) downloads — are provided free for business and personal use. You may fill them in, edit the wording, print them, sign them, and share the completed documents with your clients, employees, tenants, or team. You may not resell or redistribute our files as standalone template products, and you may not claim them as your own original work.

General-purpose layouts, not legal advice

Our templates are general-purpose document layouts intended as a starting point. They are not legal, tax, or compliance advice, and downloading or using one does not create an attorney–client or other professional relationship. Laws and requirements differ by state, country, and industry, and no template can account for every situation.
